Here at Royal Thairapy Studio, we offer plant based hair care product lines for your hair and scalp care needs. The highest quality hair care products, free of harsh chemicals and that deliver exceptional results, are used. I pride myself on providing a warm and welcoming environment where clients can relax and enjoy a pampering hair care experience. Consultations are required and are complementary with some services. If consultation is booked the charged amount will go towards the total of your service if an appointment is booked. HAIR MUST BE AT LEAST 4 INCHES ALL AROUND TO BOOK ANY BRAIDING SERVICE. ** Please Do Not get a fresh Relaxer Before Booking a BraidingService.** Scalp will be examined before the beginning of the service. I will not service anyone with scabs, puss, blood, open wounds, sores on scalp, but I will advise and reschedule consult after affected areas are clear. I DO NOT do any braiding service on BALDING or THINNING hair (including edges). We may consult on selecting a service that will not compromise the integrity of your hair. I DO NOT medically treat hair loss or scalp conditions. In the event , you will be referred to consult with a dermatologist for proper care / treatment of possible scalp disorders. If given advanced notice, all (braiding hair only ) is included and pre washed prior to all braiding services . Although uncommon , allergic reactions to synthetic hair are possible, if this does occur, please remove style immediately and seek proper treatment if needed. No Company , No Children - If not being serviced , seating is limited. In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please let me know before you leave. I am more than willing to be sure you are satisfied with your experience. Cancellation Policy

I have a STRICT 15-minute late policy. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, out of respect for my time and the clients following your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule for a later date. Clients have the option to reschedule services ONCE to a future appointment scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment date. A Non-refundable detainer fee will be transferred ONCE to a future appointment within 30 days. There is a 48- hour cancellation grace period in which you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee if not rescheduled within 30 days. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled hair service appointments. ****Any No Show appointments will be banned from future bookings. **** No Company/ No Children - If not being serviced, seating space is limited. Please be sure to use a valid phone number and email address when booking. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU MAY BE PHOTOGRAPHED AND OR RECORDED DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
